工作内容:
Ø通过手机、邮件、传真等方式处理顾客预约订单前/后的问题。
Ø 修改产生变更的预约订单。
Ø及时根据顾客或酒店的特殊要求和安排进行电话沟通。
Ø 解决顾客与酒店之间的投诉。
Ø通过提供高水平的客户服务和客户管理与支持工作来维护与酒店之间的关系。

要求:
良好的沟通技巧以及销售技巧。
有互联网以及酒店业相关工作经验优先。
解决问题的能力。
对工作拥有热情。
待人亲切友善。
全日制大专以上。
流利的英文听说读写能力。

工作时间:8:00-9:30轮岗制(8小时工作时间+1小时休息时间),每周五天工作日
福利待遇:基本薪资5000-6000/月,季度奖金,一顿免费午餐/晚餐,带薪15天年假,提供为期5周的带薪培训
上班地点:上海市浦东新区浦电路 (4号线或6号线浦电路站)


Customer Service Executive – Mandarin

Booking.com BV (the company behind Booking.com™, the market leading online hotel reservation service in the world) and/or its various support companies throughout the world are looking for people to support the business in the fast-growing hotel markets.

Booking.com Customer Service Center (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., one of the support companies in China, is looking for Customer Service Executive in China.

The operational hours of the Customer Service Center IN Shanghai would be from 8:00am to 9:30pm.Description:We are looking for Mandarin speaking Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic, pleasant and international work environment. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be working in different shifts and will be responsible for handling pre- and post booking (hotel reservations) inquiries. You are also an intermediary between customers and the hotel.

Main Responsibilities:
Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone, e-mail and fax; Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations; Outbound calls to hotels/guests to arrangement special requests; Liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints; Manage relationships with hotels by providing high levels of customer service and account management support.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills; Excellent commercial selling skills; Problem solving; Sense of responsibility; Independent and customer friendly.
Our ideal candidate is:
Experienced with internet and hotel industry; Fluent in both written and spoken English; Native speaker of Mandarin; Available Full-time and flexible in work schedule; Available to attend a full-time (5 weeks) paid training;; Already have work permit in mainland China
